A standard routine, which typically covers the essentials: vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning mirrors, and a thorough sanitization of the kitchen and bathrooms. Unlike a "deep clean" that reaches behind appliances or inside cabinets, this service focuses on the visible surfaces that impact your daily comfort.
Duration: Generally ranges from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the square footage and the current state of the home.
Target Areas: Kitchen counters, stovetops, sinks, toilets, showers, and all primary floor surfaces.
Base Rate: Typically ranges from $200 to $300, influenced by the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. Prices may vary based on the current state of the home at the time of the quote. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total after completion of services.
Frequency Discounts: After your initial booking, our services are offered on a lower per-visit rate for weekly or bi-weekly commitments. There is no deposit required on repeat cleanings as long as they fall within the guidelines of the agreed-upon routine. If you cancel or fail to reschedule, you will be charged a secondary deposit before we return, and your previous client contract will expire and/or renew.
A detailed organization session is a deep dive into the functionality of a specific zone. It involves a systematic four-step process: Decluttering (sorting what stays and goes), Categorizing (grouping like items), Space Planning (mapping out the most efficient layout), and Installation (setting up sustainable systems).
Duration: Detail-oriented projects typically require 4 to 10 hours per room. Complex areas like kitchens or home offices may span multiple sessions due to the high volume of individual items and paperwork.
Target Areas: Walk-in closets, kitchen pantries, "command centers," home offices, and storage-heavy garages.
Hourly Rate: All services offered are quoted for free. Typically ranges from $50 to $100 per hour, reflecting the high level of expertise and strategy involved. Service is based on a per-room, per-hour rate, and the hourly pricing will reflect the level of organization needed for the room. This service requires a $100 non-refundable deposit fee at booking, which will be deducted from the total after completion of services.
Session Minimums: This service requires 3 to 4-hour minimum to ensure meaningful progress is made in a single visit. Multi-room or whole-home transformation packages are offered at discounted hourly rates (e.g., $1,000+ for a 20-hour block).
This is a comprehensive, high-intensity service that treats every room from the ceiling fans down to the baseboards. It is often recommended as an initial service before starting a routine schedule, or as a seasonal "spring cleaning."
Duration: Expect a significant time investment, typically 6 to 12+ man-hours. For a standard three-bedroom home, this often means a team of two professionals working for a full day.
Target Areas: Scrubbing grout lines, hand-wiping baseboards, cleaning inside ovens and refrigerators, detailing window tracks, and removing dust from intricate light fixtures or crown molding.
Pricing: We offer this service under a flat fee ranging from $300 to $600+, depending on the level of buildup and home size. We quote for free; however, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and will be deducted from the total after completion of services.
Health Impact: This service significantly reduces the "bio-load" of a home—removing deep-seated allergens, pet dander, and mold spores that routine dusting misses.
